How does rafting work?
You don't need any previous experience,
On every raft there is a team of 6-8 people together with an expert guide.
Everybody is actively involved during the descent on the river, applying techniques which have previously been explained and practiced during the paddle and safety instruction.
You'll love it!
What is the equipment ?
The equipment and the technical gear is supplied by us and includes :
- Neopren wetsuit - long john 5 mm
- Spray jacket
- PFD - (Life Jacket)
- Helmet
- Neopren booties
What do I have to bring ?
- Bathing suit
- T-shirt
- Fleece or polypropylene (or wollen sweater)
- Toiletry to take a shower
- And wanting to have fun!

E l’attrezzatura ?
L’attrezzatura e l’abbigliamento tecnico sono forniti da noi e variano a seconda del programma scelto.
Cosa devo portare io ?
Se non viene specificato altro, il materiale necessario è il seguente :
- Scarponcini trekking (meglio se impermeabili)
- Abbigliamento comodo da tempo libero (tipo jogging)
- Maglione in lana o ‘Pile’
- Giacca a vento
- Cappellino tipo baseball
- Occhiali da sole
- Crema solare (protezione 15)
- Zainetto (day pack)
- Tanta voglia di divertirsi!
How does Paraglide work ?
You don't need any previous experience, because you will fly in tandem together with an expert intructor.
What is the equipment ?
The equipment and the technical gear is supplied by us.
What do I need to bring?
- Trekking boots
- Long pants
- Light gloves (woollen or fleece)
- Wind jacket
- Sun block
- Sunglasses
...and do not forget your camera!
Come funziona Canyoning ?
E l’attrezzatura ?
Il Centro fornisce tutta l’attrezzatura e l’;abbigliamento tecnico necessario e comprende:
- Casco
- Aiuto al galleggiamento
- Muta intera 5 mm
- Calzari
- Imbraco (con discensore e moschettoni)
Cosa devo portare io?
- Costume da bagno
- Scarponcini da trekking leggero o scarpe da ginnastica (buona suola antiscivolo…no tipo All Star o Superga!)
Come raggiungere la base di Canyoning
- Autostrada TO-AO
- Uscita VERRES e proseguire in Statale in direzione AOSTA per 1800 m circa
- Svoltare a sinistra sul ponte della Dora (dovreste vedere gli stabilimenti del lievito Bertolini)
- Dal ponte proseguire altri 800 m, sempre a sinistra c’è una casa verde a due piani con uno striscione Vertical Adventure.
How does hydrospeed work ?
You don’t need any previous experience before you start with the activity, the guides will give you a lesson of theory and practice , teaching you how to behave in the currents and how to use the provided equipment.
Everybody is actively involved during the descent in the river...we assure you, it will be FUN!
